What is your investment schedule?

Our initial consultation is free of any charges or obligations. We will then do all that we can to tailor our services to fit your needs and your budget. Our fees will range depending on the speaker you select, the location of the function and the type and style of presentation required.

Your investment can range from $3,500 to $7,500 for these services (Plus GST if delivered in Australia). Contact us to get a more specific figure for your function.

What do I get for my investment?

What you get for your speaking investment:

What are your speaking terms and conditions

1. speakers are not confirmed for an engagement until a 50% deposit has been received by merrymentality

2. balance is due 14 days prior to the engagement date

3. cancellation fees do apply to bookings, specifically:

• if the client cancels, the 50% deposit is retained by merrymentality
• if the client cancels less than one week prior to the engagement date, the full fee is payable to merrymentality
• if merrymentality cancels, all monies paid will be refunded to the client and where possible an alternative speaker may be provided in lieu of the refund if the client agrees

4. agreed speaking fees are quoted on advance payment - payment in arrears option is available but a surcharge will be applied

5. Payment methods:

• Cheque - Please make cheques payable to merrymentality
• Credit card - we happily accept Mastercard and Visa
• Electronic funds transfer – our banking details will be on the Tax Invoice we send you

6. accommodation charges: the hotel should be instructed to have all charges for merrymentality speakers for appropriate night(s), charged to your master account - these charges include room charge, internet access and food, but not incidentals including alcohol or personal telephone calls.

7. merrymentality speakers travel economy class on flights up to 4 hours, and for flights 4 hours and over we travel business class.
