Comments on Belinda's Facilitation Skills
"I do not wish you to think me remiss in not writing my sincere appreciation to you earlier for your highly professional, supportive, warm and enthusiastic facilitation during the Core Programme. What did I enjoy and benefit from you personally? Your grounded approach even although you were rightly training us to be pure in our approach to coaching; your ability to know each of us quickly and adapt to our individual as well as the group needs your relevant disclosures even when they revealed challenges you have experienced and of course your wonderful humour and vitality. We continue to learn and grow through the tele-classes with your excellent and patient process work. These sessions are invaluable as they take us from the theory to the applied in a real business environment."

"This email is prompted by my recent experience at the CEFTP program whereby I was remarkably impressed by the management of all proceedings. Everything went off like clockwork, and I was left dumbfounded by the superb orchestration of events. As an observer of human behaviour in diverse domains, I must say that Belinda Merry has exhibited qualities that evoke unreserved admiration. Belinda is clearly the standard bearer for the ideals of leadership, service, and integrity. Few individuals, almost none in this time and age, ever really reach a point where they are that open to the Unknown that they can give themselves so freely through their vocation. Belinda has done so time and again, always with a high level of directness and sincerity. In these perilous and gyrating times, it is no longer an issue of doing things better, but one of doing the right things: anytime, anyway, anywhere. I sincerely hope that ALL of us will all be able to exemplify (live the essence) and demonstrate great awareness of the urgent needs of the 21st century, by acknowledging the validity of the triple bottom line in corporate performance: (1) economic prosperity (2) environmental well-being, and (3) social justice. I cannot be all that I can be, until you be all that you can be (UBUNTU!). When we genuinely want to help others become wildly successful, we cannot help but be wildly and ridiculously successful ourselves. I look forward to hearing more from you about your march towards the realization of your aspirations. From the bottom of my heart... thank you and may you all have innumerable more resounding successes."

Kiwi Coaching Retreat
"We were fortunate to have Belinda Merry present as our keynote speaker at the Kiwi Coaching Conference in Taupo, New Zealand, September 2006. Belinda is a class-act presenter and was great to work with from beginning to end. Her professionalism & organisation shone through in the calibre of her presentation & materials, and her early morning get-up to do a technical run-through. Belinda's presentation was inspiring and was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Her sense of humour, warmth of personality and natural confidence combine to give Belinda a lovely, genuine and engaging presentation style."
Saskia Clements & Ruth Donde, Organisers, Kiwi Coaching Retreat (Belinda's keynote scored 4.4 on the feedback forms, 0.5 points higher than the conference average of 3.9.)

"I attended the SCBWN meeting and was initially disappointed to learn that Kurek Ashley had unfortunately taken ill and would not be attending as the key note speaker; however, I thought that your presentation was outstanding, especially at such short notice - congratulations! Thank you for forwarding your Workstyle Guides - I look forward to finding some quiet time and getting out the pink highlighter!"
