Learning format:

The Coaching Clinic^® is a fully developed, organization-tested model that managers, leaders and coaches can implement immediately in their organizations. It includes:

•  A two-day intensive experiential learning program 
•  Two half day coach's conferences scheduled at six weeks and twelve weeks following implementation to evaluate results, provide process troubleshooting, and celebrate success 
•  Assistance in the development of coaching support processes and feedback loops 
•  Follow-up availability for telephone coaching, in-facility shadow coaching and group coaching by teleconference or in person for participants to reinforce their learning and support them during implementation
